Geoplast
Introduction
A unique permanent formwork system used to lift-up the flooring between 3 to 300 cm from the slab level in all types of buildings or landscape features. Which allows the construction of a reinforced concrete structure provided with a slab and a series of pillars placed at a fixed distance instead of conventional filling materials.
Through engineering experience, Geoplast has learned that sustainability is the most profitable way to build. Facilities
Our three manufacturing plants are located in Padova, Italy with a total surface of 40.000 m², 10.000 m² of which are under cover. We have 26 manufacturing lines: 2 regeneration and 24 injection moulding machines, with clamp forces ranging from 400 to 3,500 tons and an injection capacity of up to 61 kg. These combined manufacturing lines have a throughput capacity of over 25,000 tons and produces over 20 million parts per year.
